Inspire, educate, inform, challenge, support, innovate. These are just a few words that spring to mind regarding the work that we do at The Broadway Experience. My name is Ben Hartley and I am the Founder and Director.

TBE was created with the intent to educate, develop and strengthen the skills of young dancers, singers and actors by giving them a triple threat educational experience like no other. Students are given insight into what it takes to have a successful career in musical theatre.

What we do at TBE is truly life changing. Not only do we allow our students to work with the most innovative and insightful teachers and educators, we introduce them to professionals and stars of the Broadway stage. We understand the value of passing on the information we have gathered over the years to nurture the talent of the next generation.

We create a unique, safe and positive environment where students are fully supported by their teachers and leaders and in turn are supportive of each other. Fears are conquered and walls come crashing down. We fully realize and understand that greatness only comes from this type of support system, set up and leadership. We allow students to not only dream but help them to fully realize those dreams.

Students ultimately become stronger, more dynamic performers and upon completion of one of our programs, have a full understanding of the tools required to enable them to become true triple threat performers.

Broadway and musical theatre in general has changed somewhat over the past decade and diversity and versatility are the key to success. TBE provides a training that works in parallel to industry requirements therefore students learn and realize what is in front of them should they choose this career path. Many of our students have gone on to college having realized that this is exactly what they were meant to do. It is an awakening and inspiring experience for everyone involved and it is a joy and a privilege to see somebody realize their calling.
